Remote sessions now pass on the worker's permission mode

In a remote session, the work runs on a separate machine called a worker, which reports its state back. Claude Code passes only some of that state through. The worker's permission mode now passes through too, alongside the last model it used. The permission mode is the setting that decides when Claude asks before acting.
