Unclear What either switch controls is not known.

What

Claude Code registers two new switch names, tengu_mossy_squid and tengu_snug_wall. These are settings Claude Code reads from Anthropic's servers to turn features on or off. tengu_mossy_squid is off unless it is switched on remotely. What either switch controls is not visible in this release.

Why

Features are often added behind switches like these before anyone can see them, so these mark work being prepared rather than something you can use now.

What has happened since
Flag reading moved The flag server now returns nothing at all, having stopped carrying it for tengu_mossy_squid, read as this account. A reading is one sample. Claude Code evaluates its flags remotely, so no client sees the targeting rule behind a value and this says nothing about your account.
