What
An MCP server is an outside program that gives Claude Code extra tools. Claude Code can show a notice listing MCP servers that were revoked. That list now leaves out servers that were replaced, as it already left out servers that were not configured.
Why
Replacing an MCP server no longer produces a false warning that it was revoked.
