Unclear It is not known which permission prompt this option denies, or when.

What

A group of settings that controls permission prompts timing out already had options for whether it is enabled, whether a dialog is shown, how long to wait, and how many dialogs may time out. It now also has denyOnHostCard, a yes-or-no option that defaults to on.

Why

Because it defaults to on, it may change how permission prompts behave in sessions shown through a host such as the desktop app or a remote session.
