What
Claude Code has a bridge sync step that keeps connected pieces up to date. It now stops early when none of these is attached:
- an interactive session handle
- a joined project thread
- a project files connection
Why
When nothing is attached, the sync has nothing to do, so this skips work that would have no effect.
