Workspace diff stops looking for nested repositories if the folder has changed

The workspace diff shows the changes in your project. As part of that, Claude Code looks for repositories nested inside your project folder (a repository is a folder tracked by version control such as git).

• That scan now also runs when Claude Code is running without an interactive interface.
• If the process has moved away from the folder it was started in, the scan does not run and Claude Code shows a warning.
