What
Plugins add features to Claude Code, and some come built in. Trying to install a built-in plugin gives an error. That error now adds a message specific to the plugin when one exists. Otherwise it still says to use claude plugin enable or claude plugin disable to turn it on or off, as it always did.
Why
Some built-in plugins can now explain why they can't be switched on or off in the usual way.
