What
When Claude Code starts, it can show notices, and if there are too many it says how many more are hidden. That line is now built separately from the box that holds the notices, instead of inside it.
The notice area can also now take a home message, but the code that would display a home banner is switched off in this build.
Why
This is groundwork for a home banner that is not live yet.
