What

When Claude Code syncs plugins (add-ons that bundle extra commands, skills or tools), it can now tell when a plugin contains nothing but skills and has a single skill with the same name as the plugin. A skill is a set of instructions Claude can load for a particular kind of task. The sync uses this check and also keeps a list of "following" plugins.
