Unclear Exactly which managed sign-in setups trigger this check is not settled.
What
Claude Code checks whether the organisation you are signed in to has changed, for example when you resume a session that holds Claude's thinking from another organisation. It now also takes the organisation from CLAUDE_CODE_ORGANIZATION_UUID when sign-in is handled by a managed authentication helper. Before, that variable was used only when CLAUDE_CODE_OAUTH_TOKEN was set or under a subscriber condition.
The warning about thinking from another organisation still depends on a server-side switch that is off unless turned on remotely. Readings taken before this release found it on for this site's account and for an anonymous baseline, after being switched on since the reading before that.
Why
People whose sign-in is managed for them now get the same organisation change detection as other users.
tengu_lexical_gladeOff by default, switched on for this account
The shipped code defaults this off, and the flag server returned on for the one account this site reads on this version. That is the reading that makes the entry above worth a second look, and it still says nothing about your account.
