Claude Code has a new notice that tells you how many US dollars of Fable usage you have for each of two periods. The amount comes from your usage limit. The notice also says: "Unused credit doesn't carry over."
Why
It is new usage messaging you may see. Credit left unspent in one period is lost rather than added to the next.
