Claude Code has a new notice shown once at startup, "Fable is on us". It tells you that your admin opted you in to a free credit for Fable usage. It appears only when all of these hold:
You are signed in directly with Anthropic and belong to an organisation.
A check on the promotional credit has come back open and is recent.
