Project documents can now be saved to a project-docs folder

The project_read tool, which reads a project document and can save it to a file, has a new option. When it is set and a project-docs folder is available, the document is written to that folder instead of the single session folder used before. If saving there fails, a warning says the document was saved in the session's tool-results folder instead.
