What
An agent's definition file can list MCP servers in its frontmatter, a settings block at the top of the file. MCP servers are add-ons that give Claude Code extra tools. When company policy blocks one of these servers, Claude Code shows a warning. The "Warning: " label at the start is now added as a separate prefix to the error output instead of being part of the message text.
