Unclear It is not clear which tasks are now hidden.

What

When Claude Code starts a task, it normally sends a task_started event. Programs built on Claude Code through its SDK (the toolkit developers use to run Claude Code from their own code) can listen for these events. A further group of tasks now sends no task_started event, and those tasks are also left out of the list of active tasks.

Why

If you build on the SDK and count or display tasks from these events, you may see fewer of them than before.
