What
In autonomous mode, where Claude works on its own without stopping for you, its instructions now say to ask first only before a one-way door, meaning an action that cannot be undone. On anything reversible it should go ahead, and that includes pushing and landing a pull request you have already approved. The earlier wording said to ask only when a request was truly ambiguous.
Why
Claude will stop to ask you less often in this mode, and may push and land approved pull requests without checking with you first.
