What
When Claude tries to use a tool that cannot be found, Claude Code records usage data about the error. That data now includes a marker when the missing tool is one that was hidden under an MCP-related condition (MCP being the way outside programs add tools).
Why
This only changes recorded usage data; how tools work is unchanged.
