What
A permission prompt asks you to approve an action before Claude takes it. Some of these prompts come from a remote session. Prompts that were handed over to you when you attached to the session already got a short grace period and delay, so a key you were already pressing would not answer them by accident.
The code that sends these prompts can now mark other prompts as handed over too, and those prompts get the same grace period and delay.
