What
Some tools can run on another machine attached to the session. Claude Code reworked how it finds that machine and waits for it to reconnect. It now uses one standard name for each machine, and a tool tied to a machine checks against that name.
A new notice lists the machines that have stopped serving and tells Claude not to keep checking or schedule a wait for them.
Why
Claude should handle offline remote machines better instead of repeatedly waiting on them.
