What
Claude Code has a helper program that serves a folder on your machine to cloud sessions. Some places are never served.
Before, the message said only that the helper had been started from your home directory. It now reads: "this helper was started in a folder or repository that is never served, such as your home directory or a hidden folder there; serve a project folder instead."
There is also a new reason for when the helper is started in a repository that is never served: "this helper was started in a repository that is never served."
Why
If you start the helper from a hidden folder or an excluded repository, you now get an explanation that fits. The message also tells you what to do: start it from a project folder.
