What
Claude Code can watch a folder of plugins (add-ons that extend Claude Code) and reload when it changes. When a new plugin appears in that folder and is not loaded, the reload report now lists it as "not-loaded". Before, these plugins were not reported this way.
Why
If you develop plugins, a reload now tells you when a plugin you just added is not active yet, so you are not left guessing.
