204 and 404 errors now point to a proxy or network device

When a request returns status 204 or 404, Claude Code no longer shows the generic "client error" text. It now says the response came from a network intermediary, not Anthropic, and suggests checking your network's proxy. A network intermediary is something between you and Anthropic, such as a corporate proxy or firewall. Other 4xx errors still show the generic text.
