Unclear What the extra note says and when it is added is not shown.

What

When a command run by the Bash tool (the tool Claude uses to run terminal commands) fails, Claude Code adds notes to the command's error output before Claude sees it. It can now add a second note under some conditions, separated from the first by a blank line. Before, only one note was added.

Why

Claude may get an extra hint after some failed commands, which can change how it responds to the failure.
