What
Ultraplan is a feature that launches a planning session in the cloud, on a remote machine. When that launch comes back with a notice, Claude Code now shows it to you as a message starting with "ultraplan:".
Alongside it, Claude Code gives the model a note explaining that the cloud session did not start from the project as it is on this computer. The note tells Claude not to act on the notice and to wait for your next instructions. The cloud session still launches, and its link is still set.
Why
The cloud session may be working from a different version of your project than the one on your computer. You now hear about it, and Claude does not try to fix it on its own.
