What
MCP servers are outside programs that give Claude Code extra tools. A tool result can carry a _meta field, which holds extra details. When that field is too large, Claude Code leaves it off and shows a warning.
The warning now says the marker is kept together with a second marker beside it. Before, it said only that the marker, if set, is kept.
