What
EnterWorktree and ExitWorktree are the tools that move a session into and out of a git worktree, an extra working copy of a repository. Their messages no longer insert paths and names exactly as they are.
EnterWorktree shows the worktree path through a display helper that shortens it, instead of the raw path.
ExitWorktree passes paths, branch names and the tmux session name through a helper. tmux is a tool that keeps terminal sessions running in the background.
The tmux hint now reads "reattach with tmux attach -t and that name", instead of putting the session name directly into the command.
Why
Paths and names in these messages are no longer copied in raw, which may guard against unusual text in a folder or branch name ending up in what Claude reads.
