Claude Code now carries help text explaining where the list of allowed web domains, the sites it may reach over the network, is configured. It says this is done on claude.ai in a web browser:
Paid individual plans: Settings > Capabilities
Team and Enterprise plans: Organization settings > Capabilities
Free plan: only package managers can be allowed
