What
The sandbox is a restricted space that limits what commands Claude runs can reach, including which websites, or hosts, they can connect to. Claude Code now has text explaining who changes the list of allowed hosts, depending on your plan. For a paid individual plan it says: "Allowed hosts come from network settings. On a paid individual plan, the person changes them on claude.ai in a web browser, under Settings > Capabilities."
Why
If a host you need is blocked, you get instructions that match your plan instead of having to work out where the setting lives.
