Window title handling avoids terminals that print unknown codes on screen

Claude Code can set the title of your terminal window or tab by sending special control codes. Some terminals have a bug where control codes they do not recognise show up as stray characters on screen.

Claude Code now takes the terminal type into account when deciding whether title setting is supported. For terminals known to have this bug, it treats the question as not yet settled rather than going ahead, and records that the terminal prints unknown codes.
