Session sync shuts down differently when the resume command was shown

Claude Code can show a resume command, which is the command you type to pick a session back up later. It now keeps track of whether that command was shown on screen for a session. When Claude Code exits, it shuts down session syncing in one of two ways, depending on whether the command was shown. Before this change it always shut down the same way.
