What

When you resume a session, Claude Code reattaches the local agents (helper processes working on parts of a task) that were running in it. That work is now done by a shared step that reports which agents were registered and reported, instead of a separate loop that sorted agents and skipped those whose owner had not resumed.

Why

This may change which agents come back when a session resumes.
