What
When you resume a session, Claude Code checks whether the last turn was interrupted. A session is one continuous conversation, and a turn is one round of Claude working on a request. Claude Code now has one more check that can mark the last turn as interrupted. It is also used when looking for a completed response.
Why
This changes which resumed sessions get an automatic prompt to continue.
