What
Claude Code builds a short description of the environment it is working in. That description can now include an agentProxy value, and can take the working folder from a value reported by the shell (the program that runs commands) when one is given.
Before, the working folder came only from the directory Claude Code was started in.
Why
In practice, this lets sessions running elsewhere carry a proxy setting and report the folder their shell is actually in.
