What
Two new messages:
A note sent to Claude after its worker process (the program running the session) restarts. It tells Claude to do nothing if its last turn was already finished, and otherwise to carry on from where it stopped.
An error telling you that Claude can't use thinking from another organization, and that you can resume while signed in to that organization to use it again. Thinking is Claude's step-by-step reasoning saved in the conversation.
Why
A session whose worker restarts can pick up where it left off. If you resume a conversation under a different organization, you are told why its earlier reasoning is unavailable and how to get it back.
