What
There are two new messages that Claude receives when it tries to do something that needs your computer or your browser:
- One says that the chat isn't linked to a computer right now.
- One says that Claude in Chrome is turned off.
Both messages also tell Claude how to explain the situation to you.
Why
In desktop or web chats that are not linked to a computer, this changes what Claude tells you when it cannot complete the task.
