Unclear What this switch controls beyond its place next to the session check-in timing is not known.
Claude Code reads a switch the server can set, used when deciding a check-in condition in its polling loop. That switch is now read under a new name, tengu_zany_melody, instead of tengu_tidy_axolotl. If the server sends nothing, it still counts as on.
For the old name, the server returned off for this site's account and for an anonymous check.
Because the name changed, anything the server had set for the old name no longer applies, so who gets this behaviour can change without any setting of yours changing.
tengu_zany_melody Not enough to sayNothing here resolved what this flag was doing on this version, so nothing here should be read as on or off.
This account: no value returned · anonymous baseline: no value returned · compiled default in v2.1.300: on
These values were read against a different version of Claude Code, so treat them as the nearest reading available instead of one taken on this release.
tengu_tidy_axolotl Off in both readingsThe flag server returned off for the account this site reads and for the anonymous baseline. A reading of off cannot rule out a rollout these two readings sit outside of.
This account: off · anonymous baseline: off · compiled default in v2.1.300: not a boolean we can read
These values were read against a different version of Claude Code, so treat them as the nearest reading available instead of one taken on this release.
