What

Compaction is when Claude Code summarizes the earlier part of a long conversation to free up space. Precompute compaction prepares that summary ahead of time.

The check for this feature was moved into its own helper. It still reads precomputeCompactionEnabled (default true) and still sits behind tengu_sepia_moth. The flag server returned off for tengu_sepia_moth for this site's account and for the anonymous baseline.
