Plugins are add-ons that can bring their own commands and hooks into Claude Code. Hooks are actions that run automatically at set points. When Claude Code gathers commands and hooks from plugins, it already checked whether a plugin held ownership of an item. It now also leaves a plugin out if that plugin holds ownership but has stood down.
