A plugin marketplace is a source Claude Code installs plugins from. When your organization's managed settings stop a marketplace from updating, Claude Code shows a notice.
If Claude Code is still waiting for your organization's settings to arrive, that notice now reads "(waiting for your organization's settings)". In every other case it keeps the old wording, which marks it as managed policy and tells you to ask your admin. Before, it always used the old wording.
Why
You are no longer told to contact an admin when the settings simply have not loaded yet.
