What

Some sessions run without saving anything to disk. Claude Code now skips several of the writes these sessions would otherwise attempt, and it records each one it skips.

A worktree is a separate working copy of a git repository. The check on worktree names now returns a message explaining what is wrong with a name. Before, it raised an error.

Why

Runs that have no storage no longer crash when Claude Code tries to save something.
