What
When ultra effort starts, Claude Code attaches a notice to the model's input. A turn is one exchange: a prompt and Claude's reply. Before, the notice was attached only to ordinary prompts typed by the user. It is now also attached when a turn is delivered to the session from elsewhere, such as a turn sent remotely.
Why
Turns that start from outside the terminal now get the same ultra-effort notice as typed prompts.
