What
In a team of agents, a teammate is a helper agent working inside the same Claude Code process, and the team lead is the agent directing it. A permission request asks you to approve an action before it runs. Some requests carry wording specific to the host they run on.
When a teammate makes a request with that host-specific wording, Claude Code no longer forwards it with a fixed description. Instead the teammate is told: "Ask the team lead to run this tool call itself." When the lead runs the call, the approval prompt shows the full wording.
Why
Before, approving a teammate's request could hide the host-specific wording from you. Now you see the full wording before you approve.
