When Claude Code syncs files to the cloud and the server answers that too many requests are coming in, Claude Code now waits as long as the server's reply asks before trying again. Before, it always waited a fixed, growing delay.
Why
This cuts down on bursts of repeated retries that the server would refuse anyway.
