What
A turn is one round of you sending a message and Claude responding. Before starting a turn from its queue of waiting messages, Claude Code now:
Waits for hook modules and your account's plugins to finish setting up.
Sets aside any input that was being held back when it picks up the next message.
Leaves the queued messages unstarted if your organization's mods cannot be loaded, and fails them with "the organization's mods could not be loaded".
Previously, turns started without waiting for any of this.
Why
If your organization's mods cannot load, Claude Code stops rather than carrying on without them, and each turn starts with your plugins already in place.
