What
Headless mode is Claude Code running without its interactive screen, for example from a script. A turn is one round of Claude responding. In headless mode, Claude Code can write a summary when a turn ends. When that summary is still being written and another command is waiting in the queue, Claude Code now waits for the summary to finish before it picks up the next command.

The summary of one turn can no longer get mixed up with the start of the next one.
