What
In plan mode, Claude works out a plan before making changes, and saves it to a plan file. The instructions for its last step, "Phase 4: Final Plan", now come from wording shared with other parts of Claude Code. Before, that step had its own list: a context section, only the recommended approach, the critical files, and how to check the result.
