What
The task list Claude Code builds for the model now includes more about each task. Before, a task had only its id, subject, description, active form and status. It now also has:
owner: who the task belongs to
blocks: tasks waiting on this one
blockedBy: tasks this one is waiting on
metadata: extra details, included only when asked for
Why
The model can now see how tasks depend on each other. That helps it work in a sensible order rather than starting something that is still waiting on another task.
