What
A permission prompt is Claude Code asking whether it may do something. In print and remote sessions, a pending prompt can be parked while it waits, and a resumed session can inherit it. This release closes that inherited prompt in more situations:
Interrupt and rewind: an interrupt or rewind event now calls closeInheritedAsk(). A related log message now reports the correct error.
Shutdown: the parked-permission teardown now also calls closeInheritedAsk() at shutdown. Before, shutdown only cleared the deferred rescue of the parked permission.
Transcript mirror: the code that mirrors agent transcripts gains an agentIdsOverBound set, which tracks agents that are over a limit.
Why
A permission prompt should no longer stay stuck open after you interrupt, rewind or shut down a print or remote session.
