In a diskless session (one with no files on a disk to read from), Claude Code now changes what it reports:
OTEL_LOG_RAW_API_BODIES, which logs the full content of requests to the model, is always treated as disabled.
Request usage data leaves out whether Claude Code is running in print mode and whether it is attached to a terminal.
In all sessions, the gateway recorded in request and error usage data is now worked out by Claude Code instead of being read straight from ANTHROPIC_BASE_URL.
Why
Raw request content cannot be logged in these sessions even if the variable is set, which matters if you rely on that logging.
