Claude Code keeps a record of which plugins are installed for each project. Before this change, a record was only used when its project path matched exactly.
On Windows, Claude Code now falls back to a record in two cases:
The record's path is spelled differently from the current one.
The record comes from another checkout of the same repository.
The fallback is logged.
Why
Plugins that are installed should no longer show as uninstalled on Windows just because the project path is written another way.
